Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bet jeli platform and its users ("Members"). These Terms apply to the bet jeli website, mobile application and all related services. The platform provides sports betting and online casino services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

1.2 Nature of Services

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali text shall be final. Terminology shall follow meanings commonly used in Bangladesh.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with bet jeli, a member must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally residing in Bangladesh.
• Must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• A person may operate only one account.
• Each mobile number and email address may be linked to only one account.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and address provided at registration must be correct. Opening or operating an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and in such cases bet jeli reserves the right to close the account at any time without prior notice. If any information needs to be changed, the member must submit a request through the support team.

2.3 Prohibition on Multiple Accounts

Operating more than one account by the same person, the same household or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or rewards in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Identity Document Verification

bet jeli reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, the member may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)

If document verification is delayed or rejected, the withdrawal process may be put on hold. Bonuses tied to account verification, including birthday rewards, will be available only to verified members.

3.2 Financial Information Verification

The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer) used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the member's own name. Use of a third-party payment account is not permitted, and if detected, the transaction may be cancelled.

4.1 Password and Login Credentials

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account username, password and OTP completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. bet jeli will never ask for a password or OTP by phone or message. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed, the support team must be informed immediately.

4.2 Account Responsibility

The member is fully responsible for all activities conducted from their account. If a password is forgotten or there is a problem accessing the account, the designated password recovery process must be followed. Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits on the bet jeli platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method). Once a deposit is processed, it is generally credited to the account quickly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes of the request. Before processing a withdrawal request, it is confirmed whether the relevant wagering requirements have been met. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used.

5.3 Transaction Cancellation and Rejection

bet jeli reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request for any of the following reasons:

• Identity or age verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements have not been met.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• A third-party payment account has been used.
• Any other provision of the Terms has been violated.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

The bonus is not cash — it is a playing benefit that can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. The bonus must not be considered "free" money.

6.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

bet jeli offers several regular bonuses. Each bonus has its own conditions which must be read before accepting the offer:

• Weekly bet jeli Reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering 20x.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 15x.
• bet jeli Birthday Gift: Annual reward for verified members, up to ৳2,000. Wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend, Get a Gift: Up to ৳1,500 per referral. Wagering 12x.
• Slot Fun Deposit Offer: 40% of deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering 25x.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

A bonus may be cancelled or forfeited in any of the following circumstances:

• The Terms and Conditions have been violated.
• An attempt has been made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Misuse or deliberate abuse of a bonus has been detected.
• The information provided has been found to be false or incomplete.

7.1 General Betting Rules

The following principles apply to placing bets or playing games on the bet jeli platform:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled (sports betting).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bet jeli will determine the result in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits will be stated on the page for each game or event.
• For multi-bets, winnings will be counted only if all selections are correct.

7.2 Payment of Winnings

Legitimately won funds will be added to the member's account balance. To withdraw winnings, any applicable wagering requirements must be met. bet jeli reserves the right to process payment for unusually large wins only after identity verification has been completed.

7.3 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during play, the game state is saved on the server. Upon reconnecting, play can resume from that point. Ensuring a stable internet connection is the member's own responsibility.

8.1 Fraud and Manipulation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet jeli platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Playing using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to control outcomes through coordinated group manipulation.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access.
• Planned betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

8.2 Identity Fraud

Opening an account using a false identity, registering with another person's information, or submitting fake documents is strictly prohibited. If such fraud is proven, the associated account will be closed and all funds in it may be forfeited.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they must inform the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds in their balance; however, any bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9.2 Account Suspension by bet jeli

bet jeli may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If the required documents for identity verification are not provided.
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected.
• If operating multiple accounts is proven.
• At the member's own request under the responsible gaming policy.

10.1 Technical Issues

bet jeli always strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, if a temporary disruption occurs due to technical issues, server maintenance, or third-party providers, bet jeli will not be held liable for any resulting loss.

10.2 Game Results

Game results are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) and live dealer methods. bet jeli makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, and no claims against normal game results will be accepted.

10.3 External Factors

bet jeli will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such situations, settlement of previously placed bets will be completed in accordance with the applicable rules.

11.1 Use of Personal Information

11.2 SSL & Data Security

All transactions and communications are secured through SSL encryption. Members' payment information is not shared with third parties. Any security concerns may be reported to the support team.

12.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

12.2 Setting Limits

Members can set their own deposit, bet, and loss limits. These limits take effect immediately once set. A specific waiting period may apply when increasing a limit, but reducing a limit is always immediate.

12.3 Breaks & Self-Exclusion

If a member feels they are having difficulty controlling their play, they can take a temporary break or activate long-term self-exclusion. While self-exclusion is active, no new deposits or promotional messages will be sent.

13.1 Game & Service Changes

bet jeli reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game, market, or service. Notice will be given in advance where possible, but immediate changes may also occur in urgent situations.

13.2 Maintenance Downtime

The platform may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Settlement of ongoing bets will not be affected during this time. Maintenance schedules will be communicated in advance where possible.

14.1 Right to Make Changes

bet jeli reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms will be considered effective once published on this page and the "effective date" has been updated.

14.2 Notifying Members

Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. 15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

15.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any part of the terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
